The Cheyenne Crossing Homeowners Association was established in order to maintain a neat, orderly, and attractive neighborhood for the benefit of all residents.  The Association is governed by a board of directors who are elected to two-year terms by the homeowners. 

Elections take place at the Association annual meeting held in November or December of each year.  The directors are responsible for overseeing the operations of the Association.  The Declaration of Covenants and the Bylaws govern the operation of the Association and set forth the rules and regulations that help keep our neighborhood a nice place to live. 

Yard Sales

Our community yard sales are scheduled for the first Saturday in May and October every year.
