Please remit your HOA dues payment no later than March 1, 2024. Payments made after March 1, 2024 will be assessed an 18% per annum late fee (refer to Article V Fiscal Management, Item 3 in the Bylaws).
Payments may be made by check/money order or via a credit card. When you click the “Add to Cart” button, you’ll be taken to PayPal where you can complete your payment using PayPal or any other major credit card. There is an additional $14.25 convenience charge1, assessed by the credit card company.
