HOA Director’s regular meetings are closed-door sessions. If you have an item you wish to discuss at a regular director’s meeting, please contact the HOA President, Jon Joyce, via email. In the email, specify the meeting date you wish to attend and the topic you wish to discuss.

HOA Membership Annual Meeting – November 15th at 3 PM
Alternate Meeting – If a quorum is not present at the November 15, 2026 meeting, an alternate meeting will be held December 6, 2026 at 3PM.
An annual meeting notice will be mailed to all residents a few weeks prior to the November 15th meeting.
All meetings are held at the HOA Clubhouse – 2601 Flint Ridge Road.
