Meet Your Neighbors!!!

Have you found yourself in the middle of dinner and realized you don’t have enough sugar or eggs? Maybe you were doing something in your garage or yard and didn’t have the right tool. Wouldn’t you like to know your neighbors well enough that you would feel comfortable to go knock on their door for a cup of sugar or maybe use one of their tools for quick job. Well, don’t you???

Then bring your family and come meet your neighbors! We drive down the same streets and walk the same sidwalks and our children go to the same schools so let’s get ot know each other and make new friends!!!

When: September 11, 2009
Where: Culdesac by the pond and pool house
Time: 7:00-9:00 pm
Activities: Fames for kids and adults. Toy for children and prizes to win.
Eats: Ice cream and desserts! Volunteers needed to bring desserts.
Who: All Cheyenne Crossing Residents
What to bring: Chairs and your sense of fun and humor.

Independence Pool Party and Cookout

Saturday, July 11th

11:00-2:00 pm

This year, due to the holiday falling on a Saturday, we will have out neighborhod cookout on July 11. As always, the neighborhood will provide the hamburgers and hotdogs. We ask each family to bring a side item of their choice–chips, dip, slads, fruit, baed beans, or dessert.

The neighborhood will also provide the inflatables for the children. Please RSVP and let us know how many will attend from your family. This will help us prepare enough food for everyone attending. Thanks!!!

Neighborhood Annual Garage Sale

Our annual garage sale will by May 30 beginning at 7:00 a.m. We will advertise in The Oklahoman and the Edmond Sun.

Give to Live
For those of you that don’t really have enough for a garage sale or would just like to get some things out of the way, there will be a sale at the neighborhood clubhouse that will benefit a family awaiting a liver transplant. This individual is a father and husband who recovered from cancer, but treatment severely damaged his liver. If you are interested in making a donation, please give us a call.
